I have completed all the grocery shopping for the month and am only over budget by $3 yippee.  Next up was to create a meal plan for the month using what I had and what I bought.  I came up with 30 meals, all fast and easy. :)

We have the weird week ahead, when John is not home in the evenings until after dinner most nights, and so we are having what I call a lazy meal week.  I don’t need much for dinner, so I try to save the “better” meals for those nights when John is home. These are all fast

Sunday: Ham and Cheese Cresent sandwiches, chips, veggies and munchies (Super Bowl style)

Monday: Pancakes and Bacon cause I have been craving pancakes and that never happens.

Tuesday: Bourbon CP Chicken. Still the #1 recipe I have found on Pinterest.  You can find it in the Recipe Box section of this site

Wednesday: English Muffin Pizza w/salad

Thursday: Chef Salad or Soup and Grill Cheese (since we didn’t have it last week as planned)

Friday: Grilled Hot Dogs w/Baked Beans and veggies

Saturday: Chicken Pie

Well that is it, I am off now to get those Super Bowl munchies ready, kick off is in an hour.  Can’t wait for the commercials.

My co-worker brought in these adorable cupcakes to celebrate Ground Hogs Day.

You should have seen them all in the tray.  It looked like a Wack-a-Mole game.  I should have take a picture now that I think about it.
