I always have pre-cooked rice in the freezer, and also cubed leftover steak or pork. Combine, add chopped carrots and onions, add soy sauce to taste and heat through. While heating, scramble two eggs and add to rice mixture. Serve! Easy, and only 20 minutes start to finish.
