1/4 c paprika 1 tbsp ground cumin 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp chili powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cayenne 1/2 tsp pepper

 

2 tbsp basil 2 tbsp oregano 1 tbsp thyme 1 tbsp rosemary 1 tbsp sage 1 tbsp salt 1 tsp pepper crumble all herbs finely and store for up to 6 months.

 

1/4 c paprika 1/4 tsp cumin 1/4 tsp oregano 1/4 tsp thyme 1 1/2 tsp salt 2 cloves garlic, minced 3 tbsp olive oil combine all ingredients to form a paste. Use with chicken or pork.
